TERMS OF SERVICE

❧ I take Full payment in advance [Half/Half can be negotiated for orders over $50] I am open to negotiate/change this based on your needs!❧ Payment is accepted via Paypal only (USD)❧ Commissioner Cancellations will be refunded based on the completion phase + a 15% fee. Full payment will be returned if I need to cancel myself.❧ Characters may have a small fee added onto the base price if the design is complex. (ex. multiple complex patterns, animal skulls, complex armor, etc)❧ Bigger changes requested after the clean sketch phase may cost an extra fee.❧ Orders will usually be done within 1-3 weeks of starting [depending on complexity], but can take up to 1-2. Please keep this in mind!
Communicate with me if you need the commission done before a certain date/time frame.❧ You have the right to use your commission for personal use only. Commercial commissions have an increased fee.❧ Do not claim the commission as your own art; additionally, I do not consent to my art being used for AI/NFTs.❧ I may post your commission on my social media/tag you! Please tell me if you do not want me to do either of these things.
